Great product, poor packaging for shipment. Router arrived scratched up and with a bent metal guide. Loose parts in the box cause damages during shipping. A bit of packing cardboard would have made the experience more enjoyable…

The items purchased (Porter Cable 4216 dovetail jig and Bosch router) came with all items as indicated on the web site. The jig works great, haven't used the router yet (used my other router with the jig). My only issue was the shipping. The router came via UPS, they delivered and rang the door bell (captured on security video), was great. The Porter Cable Dovetail jig also came via UPS. I saw on line (tracking) it was delivered on 09/10/22 at 12:13 p.m. but it wasn't. I was home during the supposed delivery. My security cams saw the UPS truck drive by but didn't stop in front of or by my house. I contacted UPS, they said it was delivered (no help). I started knocking on neighbors doors, found it was delivered down the street to another person's home but having my address. The neighbor stated they got home that afternoon and it was on their porch. CPO needs to use anyone but UPS, this could have been a $200 loss !

Good service came faster than planned. Saw working just like if brand new. Will buy rebuilt again. Makitia factory rebuild

I have been buying refurbished tools from CPO Bosch for several years and am never dissappointed when they arrive. I just received my "new" Bosch 1 HP router with case. It looks brand new. I received it within 5 days of when I placed my order. I will continue dealing with CPO because I'm never dissappointed, nor ever had a problem.

I have been doing business with CPO Outlets for over fifteen years. Their web site is easy to navigate and product explanations are thorough. I also like the links to manuals where applicable. Shipping has been very timely. In one occasion when I returned a product, customer service was excellent.

I was in the market for a Dewalt 20v 7¼" circular saw. I checked a few sites, including Lowe's and Home Depot. The shipping timeframes for other sellers were not going to work, so I came to CPO. I've purchased from CPO before, and every time the tend to have the best price and shipping is usually quick as well. The saw arrived when they said it would and was in perfect condition. I have no hesitations about purchasing from CPO in the future.

Look at your records and you will see the thousands of dollars of DeWalt tools I’ve purchased from you. I bought a DeWalt Hedge trimmer and DeWalt Work Site Fan two weeks ago. I did not get my 10.00 promotional code at checkout.
Here’s the catch, I was so impressed with the Job Site Fan I showed it to my brother, who also has bought from you at my advice.
He had just bought the identical fan from Amazon for 76.00 with free shipping as all Amazon sells are. I paid 99.00 for the fan on your sale price from you! So I looked up the pruners I had just purchased and again , I could have save a bunch of money from several places.
I will not be buying from you again

Ok pricing, rapid delivery, but lots of room for the item purchased to flip around a lot. A few pieces of parchment would have fixed this. Good thing it was built for tough work.
